Nevon Egg Breaker & Yolk Separator Machine

Eggs are a core part of a number of recipes, from cakes to curries to French toast, eggs are widely used in the food industry. Well many restaurants and packed foods too require eggs but in large quantities. This leads to a need for automated egg breaker machine that can break eggs properly and separate the egg shells.

Well we here automate a mechanical system to fulfil this purpose using a smart egg breaker machine that also separates the egg yolk as required by industry. The machine is designed to break eggs and separate shells efficiently and also separate yolk from it to get consistent output each time.

The egg breaker and separator makes use of mechanical as well as pneumatic components to deliver the required operations. We here use pneumatic vacuum pumps with motorized feeders and motorized shell separator arms to achieve the desired operation.

The eggs are collected to be supplied further in the egg tray. The egg try is connected to a narrow conveyor mounted in a slanting angle to drive the eggs through the conveyor in a single line. The eggs driven through the conveyor are stopped by a vacuum suction mounted arm at the breaker station.

The vacuum suction arms are used to hold the egg and another pneumatic piston below the plate drives a blade up the centre of the egg to crack the shell. The 2 arms are then used to break open the egg by pulling the shell apart from both sides. This mechanism ensures a clean and proper egg break each time.

The egg shells are then dropped by the arm mechanism on the sides and return inside to break the next egg. Meanwhile the egg yolk and egg white liquid are transferred down the breaking tray onto a slotted conveyor. The slotted conveyor allows the egg white liquid to pour down though the slot while the egg yolk slides down the slot to be collected in a different container.
