Here we design a Single motor windshield viper mechanism for vehicles. The system works on a single motor dual viper based mechanism to achieve this mechanism. The mechanism uses a link rod combination mechanism to achieve windscreen Wiping.
This is first coupled with a shaft with extruding end on front side. This is attached to a connector rod to drive it in circular motion. This connector rod is now attached to two other connector rods to achieve horizontal motion. Now the two connecting rods are attached to the viper rods through screw based arrangements.
This allows for an opposite motion of viper ends through the linkages. 2 x rubber vipers are attached to the rod ends to clean the windshield. Thus the mechanism allows for a smart single motor windshield viper based mechanical arrangement system.
