Online Eappraisal Project

Two performance appraisal forms (one for the employee and one for the delivery manager) are required to be developed over the intra-net for each quarter. The process of appraisal follows a pre-defined hierarchy. The two different forms are sent to the head of the department for approval. They are then forwarded to the Unit HR. If the Unit HR rejects the appraisal form of an employee, the entire process has to be started again. Otherwise the same form is sent back to the delivery manager for re-evaluation. The Delivery Manager is responsible for the appraisal of the employee. A process similar to the appraisal of the employee has to be repeated for the delivery Manager. Delivery manager’s appraisal will be done by the senior manager of the respective department. The overall report of every employee has to be sent to the HR unit. At the end of the year, the overall performance of the employee has to be evaluated. All the details of the employees and the delivery managers will be obtained from the database. Various reports will be generated for the employees, delivery manager and the unit HR.

QPR process for Employee
 The employee fills the form and the form is evaluated by the delivery manager.
 Once the delivery manager evaluates the form, the form is sent to the HR manager.
 The HR manager can either accept or reject the form.
 If the HR manager rejects the form, it is sent back to the delivery manager for re evaluation.
 After the HR manager rejects the form, the delivery manager will re evaluate the same form.
 The delivery manager sends the re evaluated form back to the HR manager. If the re evaluated and the previous QPR are the same then the form has to be accepted.

QPR process for Delivery Manager

 Delivery manager fill the form and the form is evaluated by the Senior Manager.
 Once the Senior Manager evaluates the form, the form is sent to the HR manager.
 The HR manager can either accept or reject the form.
 If the HR Manager rejects the form, it is send back to the Senior Manager for re evaluation.
 After the HR manager rejects the form, the Senior manager will re evaluate the same form.
 The Senior manager sends the re evaluated form back to the HR Manager. If the re evaluated and the previous QPR are the same then the form has to be accepted.

 A separate database is maintained for the no. of times an employee’s QPR form was rejected.

Process
A performance review form is required to be developed over the intra-net. The same performance review form is to be used to evaluate the performance of the employees as well as the delivery manager. The process of appraisal follows a pre-defined hierarchy.
