A Vibrating Conveyor is a machine with a solid conveying surface that is turned up on the side to form a trough. Materials can be moved downward, horizontally, or up slopes. They are designed to handle fragile, sharp and irregularly shaped materials, and are primarily utilized in the forest products, stamping, food, grain, and screw making industries. They are highly used in food-grade applications where sanitation, washdown, and low maintenance are essential. Here we propose a pneumatic based mini vibratory conveyor where the machine will be of 60cm x25cm length and breadth and the slope of the conveyor is adjustable. By this pneumatic conveying system dry bulk materials or powders are transported or carried utilizing a gas from a source to a destination. The bulk materials or granules are transferred through an internal conveying pipeline by the collective force of pressure and therefore the gas used (commonly air). Pneumatic conveyor, in an enclosed tube system by means of compressed air or by means of a vacuum.
