A pneumatic hammer is commonly called or referred as a jackhammer or power hammer. A pneumatic hammer is one of the important tools used by many workmen. Pneumatic Hammers can be designed in many sizes and speeds and speed can be maximized according to need. The Pneumatic hammer is also used for hammering the metal, wooden, steel, etc. uniformly around the pattern. It can be used even in small scale industries. To operate such hammer, an air compressor is connected to the hammer that feeds into the device. This proposed automated hammering machine can be used for hammering metal sheet or screws etc. this follows fully automatic hammering process. This automated Pneumatic hammer machine consists of a pneumatic cylinder, metal links attached on the backside of hammer.
the hammer is mounted on the frame with the help of bolt in such a way that when the pneumatic cylinder will be actuated the hammer will swing and hammering will be done.
